We fully comply with the guidelines of the Greek authorities’ health protocols.

We take responsible actions and measures to avoid the spread of the virus, and offer a clean, protected environment to our guests and a  safe workplace for our employees.

Our Staff has received specific Covid-19 training to follow rules and regulations and is submitted to body temperature testing every day.

All our employees are provided with masks, gloves, and disposable robes where necessary, while hand sanitizer is available throughout.

A designated person is in charge of hygiene, controlling the compliance to the protocols, rules and regulations on a daily basis regarding both staff and guests.

Front Desk

• We have installed a protective screen at the reception area, ensuring  physical distancing during check-in/ check-out.
• Antiseptic / Hand Sanitizer gel by Purell is available at the reception desk and in all public areas and corridors .
• We encourage pre-arrival check-in and registration form via email
• Following the Health protocols and for thorough cleaning of the rooms, check-in will be available after 15.00 while check out till 11.00
• Upon check out, electronic payments are recommended, and advance checkout is available to guests.  Invoices are prepared without physical contact and may be sent also electronically.
• Front desk counters and credit card terminals are sanitized after each use.
• Keycards are sterilized.

Housekeeping

• All rooms are disinfected and deep cleaned.
• Housekeeping services like room cleaning, change of sheets and towels are encouraged to take place every 3 days or by each guest request.
• The usage of A/C within rooms is at guests’ discretion. All room A/C can also be operated with open balcony doors.
• Each room undergoes thorough disinfection at every cleaning/sheet change.
• After every departure, deep cleaning and sanitization of the room’s high contact areas such as door handles, switches, furniture, bathroom fittings, and room accessories takes place.
• All controllers are covered by disposable cling film changed at every departure.
• We use steam cleaners  for cleaning and disinfecting all room areas including in room fabrics.
• We also use Prozone® Ozone Generator – Ceramic Plate Technology by Vectair Systems.  The Prozone will kill 99.5% of airborne bacteria (and viruses).
• Every additional non basic equipment like magazines, laundry bags, decorative pillows & covers have been removed.

Public areas / Breakfast

• Breakfast is served from 07.45 until 11.15
• Buffet is suspended and all our guests will be seated and served by our staff.
• All our employees wear masks and gloves for indoor serving. Gloves and masks are changed regularly.
• Max 1 guest is permitted in the elevator. Buttons inside and outside the elevator are sanitized at least every hour. Hand sanitizers are available outside the elevator at all floors.
• All public surfaces are thoroughly disinfected on a regular basis.
• Guest only policy applies.  Entry to the rooms area for non-residents is prohibited.
